My little boy has settled so well into the toddler room. The staff are so lovely and caring. They genuinely care about the children, their wellbeing and their development. My boy has flourished already from the couple of months he’s attended. Drop offs used to be difficult but he now walks into nursery with a smile. At home he will often grab his shoes and ask for certain staff members and nursery, even on days he doesn’t attend! The manager Lucy has been so accommodating, patient and supportive of me as a parent also. I can’t thank the team enough and would reccomend this nursery to anyone. Thankyou

I could not recommend The Old Station Nursery highly enough. It was very daunting as a first time mum, starting my boy at nursery when he was only 8 months old, but the staff could not have been more reassuring. The regular updates on the app and handover at the end of the day have always been very thorough. My boy is now approaching 20 months and has been attending for a year and he has utterly flourished. Drop offs never used to go very well, but he now walks in smiling and loves his friends and key workers. The staff are what makes this nursery so special. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and genuinely cares about your child. They ensure there’s a variety of activities every day from cooking to art work to music and they spend time outside daily. My boy is so happy here and I have no doubt I made the right choice.

My daughter has blossomed since joining, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely dedicated to every child’s well-being. Each day is filled with creative activities, learning opportunities, and lots of happy smiles. The communication is excellent, the environment is safe and nurturing, and it’s clear the team truly loves what they do. I’m so grateful to have found such a supportive and welcoming nursery. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place where their child will be cared for, encouraged, and celebrated!

My 2 year old daughter loves nursery! She is making little friends and enjoys all the wonderful activities that are planned everyday,especially baking! All the staff are very caring and want the best for your child. We are very happy and would recommend this nursery to any new parents.

As a first-time mum, the idea of leaving my 6-month-old at nursery was incredibly scary, but the team at Old Station Nursery put me at ease from day one. They have cared for my baby to the highest standard, helping her flourish, show her personality, and develop new skills. The menu is diverse and nutritious, and the outdoor space is fantastic for play and exploration. The staff are attentive, notice even the smallest changes in your child’s wellbeing, and communicate promptly. What truly surprised me is that they don’t just care for your child, they care for you as a parent too. Returning to work has been daunting, but the staff always take a moment to ask how my day has been and chat with me as a person, not just a parent. It makes me feel seen, supported, and reassured that my whole family is cared for not just my child. My baby is now 10 months old, smiles when she realises where we are and is very happy to wave me bye bye in the morning. As a parent this is great comfort, just to know your child is happy. I cannot recommend Old Station Nursery enough. They have been amazing in every possible way. Big shout out to Lucy, Samantha, Susan and Georgia!
