Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are quickly identified. Staff liaise with parents and refer to other professionals appropriately. They are responsive to the children's needs and adapt the environment effectively to meet their individual needs.
Outdoor space
Children are provided with ample opportunities to be physically active and have daily access to the well-resourced garden. They develop their physical skills well as they enjoy weekly dance, singing and music sessions. Children confidently climb and balance on apparatus as they manage their own risks.

I made the mistake to bring my little one to this nursery when he was around 8 months old. I chose this place because it had a good vibe and they told me they will follow my baby’s routine when it comes to naps and bottles. What a lie! In the time he was at this place not even once they gave him a bottle at the time I have indicated and they wouldn’t put him to sleep. At such young age my kid was still on 2 or 3 naps and they skipped so many of them… my baby would arrive home completely exhausted, looking like a zombie and cried for hours… We moved him to a different nursery and what a change. Now I realised that this nursery was lying to me on so many things… they said everyday that he ate all his food and that was not true, he came home with a bite mark once and they told me he did it to himself… There’s is also no communication AT ALL between the carers and the parents, I had to fish for information and they will just say: it’s in the app. Maybe this is a good place for kids over 2 years old but not for babies.. they will keep them alive but they don’t look after them properly. I hated the experience here, never again

Really lovely team. Both my children have attended for over a year and have been happy. The staff are warm, dedicated and friendly. Jacqueline has created a family atmosphere and supportive environment in which all children can flourish.

My daughter has been going to The Orchard Day Nursery since October last year and we are extremely happy with her being there. Their communication has been brilliant and the management team run a great nursery. They do lots of activities throughout the day and have lots of check ins on development etc. Highly recommended.

We love Orchard Day Nursery. Our child has been there since the 2-3s room and now in pre-school. The carers and educators are kind, helpful, optimistic and fun. The nursery has lots of activities, covers key events of the year and is very open and inclusive in its syllabus. I am constantly in awe at how much our child has learnt, the growth in their development/skills and what they come home to share about their day. I've met like minded families and it's a wonderful community to be a part of. The facilities have also recently been refurbished, such as the outdoor garden and there is a chef on site for food/the kids' menu. The location is very convenient to transport and nearby amenities. I would highly recommend the nursery to any family looking, I am very happy we made the decision to go there!

My son and I had very good experiences. Lovely place and team. Supportive and professional. I would recommend it to every mommy is working and want to be sure her baby is safe hands. Food, cleanliness, health and development programs are all well planned and taking place.
