Inspector highlights
Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
Parents are highly enthusiastic about the setting.
They praise the dedication of the staff team to meet their children's needs and the highly individualised care that the children have.
Parents particularly praise the thorough support that the setting gives to help them navigate relationships with any other services involved in their children's lives.
They are thrilled with the communication from the nursery, especially where children have specific needs.
Parents praise the mindfulness and awareness that staff have of children's individual backgrounds.
Inclusion & environment
All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, make rapid progress from their starting points. Staff are thoroughly attuned to each child's individual needs and they provide support, experiences and activities that help each child reach their full potential. Staff are extremely aware of children's emotional well-being and support them to recognise and respond to their own feelings.
Staff help children to understand how to keep themselves safe while taking managed risks. For example, children create an obstacle course. They stretch out their bodies as they step, jump and climb between crates and blocks. Children modify their course to challenge themselves further and check that they can stretch farther and farther from block to block.
My 1 year old son started here 3 weeks ago after not settling at a different nursery. I was very apprehensive at first due to a bad experience elsewhere, but The Treehouse Nursery have been great, he has settled in brilliantly and he always comes out to me at the end of the day with a big smile on his face. I am kept updated throughout the day and I have nothing but praise for the staff that work here. I am now able to go back to work knowing my son will be ok and in safe hands. Highly recommend.
Read on GoogleMy two older children attended The Treehouse Nursery between 2014 and 2018. They both had a fantastic time; the staff were so kind and caring, professional and literally a home from home where they felt loved and cherished. So much so that when I later had my 3rd child in 2022, I registered him for a place he is now attending and thriving. I cannot recommend Treehouse enough. The love and care my child receives daily are second to none, and the cost is fair and affordable, especially compared to other nurseries; it's just a shame that they are full - maybe it's time to consider opening another branch?!
Read on GoogleThe best nursery! Every single person there is highly trained, they are kind, caring and professional. They have taken care of both my children and I would recommend them 100 times over.
Read on GoogleMy two children attended Treehouse from 9 months old (now ages 3 and 5). It's the most amazing nursery with excellent staff and management from start to finish. My children were always happy and learnt so much there. It's everything I could have asked for, and my children love it. My eldest was completely school-ready by the time he left, and my youngest (who was a lockdown baby and is generally quite shy) is really gaining in confidence and making friends and growing every day in her emotional resilience. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Treehouse.
Read on GoogleMy son has been attending The Treehouse Nursery over the last couple of months and he loves it! I love seeing through the app his week and how much fun he is having. The staff have been amazing and made me feel at ease with this new chapter. Thank you ladies!
