Staff attend training that is linked with speech and language development and then model and mentor other staff on their return.

Outdoor space

Children have access to an outdoor play space so that they can play in the fresh air. Children have regular opportunities to play in the small garden area but do not have enough space to crawl and ride small trikes due to the amount of activities, which impacts their physical development.
