My daughter has been at Tic Toc for over a 1 year now and she absolutely loves it. The staff are so attentive and caring it makes me happy knowing she is in such good hands. They are always planning different activities throughout the day to keep the children entertained and they are very focused on their development, keeping me well updated on my daughters progress. Kate, the manager is fantastic, she runs the nursery very well and as a first time mum is always giving me great advice. I cannot recomend Tic Toc highly enough for anyone looking for childcare in the area.
Read on GoogleOur daughter went to Tic Toc since she was 9 months old. She really loved it and the staff were very caring with an engaging schedule of things for them to do. We wish we could take it with us but unfortunately we had to move away. Thanks TicToc, you will be missed! Linsey, David and Willa.
Read on GoogleA place to be, for your kid. Very clean and tidy... colorful and stimulating in all ways... excellent staff.. personal attention given...love the vibe and the homely feel it gives me, so I am safe and secure in my.head about my little one. My son has been going there since he was 8 months old. Absolutely loved the experience. If not for us relocating, I would have anyday continued his stay.
Read on GoogleReally terrible experience with this nursery. After viewing the nursery, my wife and I really liked it - They confirmed a place for our baby in March 2020 so we went back to the other nurseries we viewed and told them we’ve got a place somewhere else. 1 week later we got an email saying - sorry we have no places in March now you can start in April - then 48 hours later we got another email saying sorry we have no places at all. Now we are stuck with no nursery for our child as we must join the bottom of the waiting list in all the other nurseries in the area. Unacceptable!
