How they support every child

SEND provision

The nursery manager is also the special educational needs coordinator (SENCo). She works closely with staff to ensure that all children's individual needs are met. Staff implement tailored plans to ensure that children work towards reaching their goals while they wait to access early help from other professionals. This ensures that children thrive.

Outdoor space

Children experience regular forest school sessions, delivered by trained and experienced staff, where they develop independence, risk management, and safety skills. Staff ensure children have ample opportunity to play outside, access fresh air daily, and move their bodies in different ways, prioritising physical development and its impact on well-being.
