About this day nursery

Tiny Blessings Day Nursery, established in 2021, operates from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, all year round, closing only for the week between Christmas and New Year and on bank holidays. The nursery caters for children aged from 0 to 5 years, providing a friendly and happy environment where staff build strong attachments with children, helping them to settle quickly.

The curriculum, developed by the manager, focuses on independence skills, with children encouraged to self-serve meals and clear their plates, fostering self-sufficiency from an early age. Staff plan experiences around children's interests, from babies exploring magnets to older children singing number songs, promoting language development and hand-eye coordination.

Outdoor learning is encouraged, with children enjoying splashing in puddles and counting minibeast legs with magnifying glasses, even in the rain. Tiny Blessings Day Nursery is particularly passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), working closely with parents and other professionals to ensure every child makes the best possible progress.
