parents say they receive lots of information about their children's progress and that their children are happy, have gained confidence, and their communication and language skills have improved.
Inclusion & environment
Inclusion is promoted exceptionally well, and as a result, children show high levels of acceptance and support towards each other, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Staff show high regard for working in partnership with parents, especially regarding the early identification of any SEND. As a result, parents gain access to appropriate services for their children, and staff work with other agencies to ensure children's individual needs are met effectively.
During outside play, older children ask each other if they can have a turn to sit on the roundabout and willingly swap places. They discuss whose turn it is to push and they stop when someone wants to get off, showing they understand how to use the equipment safely and show consideration for others. During outings, older children walk sensibly to the park and follow staff's instructions well.
My daughter attended from 11 months to 4 years. She absolutely loved this nursery, the staff are brilliant, very attentive creating fun activities to develop learning as well as social and emotional skills. The nursery managers are great and my daughter was very happy each day. She’s now at school and thriving I think a lot down to the foundations from Tiny Heroes!
Read on GoogleMy daughter attended Tiny Heroes from 10 months of age until we moved out of London nearly 20 months later. During our time at Tiny Heroes, we were consistently happy with the experience my daughter received. Every single member of staff were incredibly warm, caring and also dedicated - we were continually impressed with the curriculum, level of detail and ambitions they had for their kids. Communication between staff and parents was consistently detailed, prompt and courteous - which hugely contributed to the positive experience we all had as a family. My daughter flourished under their care and we are truly grateful for the experience by the team at Tiny Heroes. I wholeheartedly recommend them and thank them for everything!
Read on GoogleMy son has been at Tiny Heroes since it opened and he absolutely loves it, he's excited to get there every day. The team there really care about the kids and he's learning and having fun every day with trips out and so many different activities. They communicate really well with parents and have a really good online portal to track how kids are developing against key objectives. I'm so happy with the nursery and my next son will be attending there too. I'd definitely recommend.
Read on GoogleWe love Tiny Heroes! Our daughter absolutely loves it there and it is so reassuring to know she is in safe hands and being looked after so well. The team are dedicated, friendly and keep us informed. There are varied activities and lots of learning opportunities and we are kept up to date with what our daughter is learning and how she is developing at preschool. We are so glad that we chose Tiny Heroes and wouldn't want her to be anywhere else.
Read on GoogleWe really like Tiny Heroes who took over the nursery last year. They have been great during the various lockdowns and ensured our children were well settled. They provided support and encouragement with potty training my eldest, which was invaluable and he has now nailed it! The staff are so lovely, you can tell it's genuine as no tears at drop off!
