Tip Top Day Nursery Moxley, established in 2023, provides childcare for children aged 1 to 4 years. The nursery operates from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, all year round.
It is located at 101a High Street in Moxley, WS10 8RT. The nursery excels in its outdoor learning provision, offering a well-equipped space where children can enjoy fresh air and develop physical skills with wheeled toys and climbing apparatus.
Staff encourage age-appropriate risk-taking and large muscle development, and children often spend extended periods engaged in outdoor activities, which positively impacts their behaviour. The nursery has a strong focus on communication and language, with staff using lots of dialogue, repeating words, and singing songs to children.
They also use open-ended questions during imaginary play to foster conversational skills. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and those who speak English as an additional language receive dedicated support.
For children with SEND, staff receive training, work closely with parents, and provide comprehensive information for appointments with consultants. For children learning English as an additional language, staff use words in their home language to aid understanding and inclusion.

We didn't have the easiest time finding a childcare provider for our daughter due to our requirement (shift work). From day 1 of visiting the provision staff have been lovely, understanding and flexible. Our daughter is always happy going in to nursery and has built up lovely positive relationship with staff. You can tell staff have good relationship with the children and have their best interest at the forefront of their work. They are a homely environment which feels like a little family. Which was really important to me. They have lots of facilities for the children to use, always doing a wide range of different activities. Encourage a lot of outdoor learning which is great and their outdoor area is amazing. They go above and beyond for our daughter and us as a family. I would recommend them as a nursery.
