How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are supported by staff to learn and achieve some skills to provide a secure foundation for their learning, making progress from their starting points. Staff receive training to provide support for children with SEND, working closely with parents to ensure early intervention and providing comprehensive information for appointments with consultants.

Outdoor space

All children benefit from fresh air outdoors in the well-equipped space, with outdoor learning featuring heavily in the setting. Staff support children in developing physical skills with wheeled toys and climbing apparatus, encouraging age-appropriate risk-taking and large muscle development.

EAL / language support

Children who speak English as an additional language receive extra support and guidance from staff, who speak words in children's home language to support their understanding and inclusion in routines.

We didn't have the easiest time finding a childcare provider for our daughter due to our requirement (shift work). From day 1 of visiting the provision staff have been lovely, understanding and flexible. Our daughter is always happy going in to nursery and has built up lovely positive relationship with staff. You can tell staff have good relationship with the children and have their best interest at the forefront of their work. They are a homely environment which feels like a little family. Which was really important to me. They have lots of facilities for the children to use, always doing a wide range of different activities. Encourage a lot of outdoor learning which is great and their outdoor area is amazing. They go above and beyond for our daughter and us as a family. I would recommend them as a nursery.

Amazing nursery my twins have been going here for nearly two years. Staff are so lovely go above and beyond for you. Real home from home environment which I love. Lots of facilities for the children to use, always doing a wide range of different activities. Encourage a lot of outdoor learning which is great. My two are always happy going into nursery, honestly couldn’t have chosen a better nursery will recommend tip top Moxeley to everyone ! Thankyou!
