Absolutely over the moon with the level of commitment, care and understand this nursery has had towards my daughter and us as parents! We recently changed our daughters nursery after having quite an uneasy start elsewhere to Tot spot day nursery, which was quite a vulnerable time for us and our daughter who is very shy, not the best at changing environments and very slow to warm up. From her settling in sessions to her first day the nursery staff had our feelings at best interest, they kept us up to date throughout the day with updates and photos which instantly made us feel at ease. My daughter has now fully settled into nursery and has amazing bonds with all of the staff in her room, each staff member has taken their time to get to know our daughter and made her feel comfortable enough to be her crazy self every single day and comes home bouncing with energy and tells us all about what she has done! Plus We still receive the same amount of reassuring photos and updates of her day!

I cannot recommend Totspot nursery any higher. My boy has been going since he turned one and the progress, his development and the opportunity to shine is incredible. All the staff from management, key workers, the top chef, all the nursery workers and cleaners - I cannot thank you enough for the effort you all put in. They always keep me informed on the activities, his food intake and his interactions constantly throughout the day. He always has a smile on his face whenever he seems the building and has built the most beautiful friendships with the staff and toddlers in his room. Definitely the best nursery around.

My twins have been attending Totspot since they were 9 months old, in September they will be leaving to go school and I am so confident that Totspot have given them the best start. They have honestly brought my girls learning, imagination and independence on leaps and bounds, and cannot recommend this nursery enough. The whole nursery is always clean and well presented, with lots of different toys and things to do, the outdoor area is spacious and super safe for even the smallest children. All activities are well thought out and fun for the children, the food sounds incredible (I wish I could eat there most days), and overall you can tell that every member of staff wants to be there and loves being around the children. All staff interact with all the children no matter what room they are in and are so kind and helpful and genuinely support the children and the parents in their learning and development. (I will never forget on the girls first day a member of staff from the preschool room giving me a cuddle when I got upset) Thank you everyone at Totspot, we will all be genuinely sad to leave!

Wonderful Nursery. My son has attended Totspot for the past 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say about Totspot. All the staff are so friendly & every key worker in each room he has had over the years have been nothing short of amazing & incredibly supportive of his development. My son runs into nursery every morning without hesitation to see his Friends where I know he is always in a safe and friendly environment.

The best nursery in the area! I’ve been sending my kids here since 2017, and they’ve given them the best early years start possible. The nursery is clean and tidy, the facilities are first class and kept orderly. The staff are great and well trained, and information between the nursery and parents is free flowing. The kids love the food there - it’s all fresh and healthy. They are also ofstead outstanding! It’ll be strange when my twins stop going in September. Thank you Totspot!
