Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities have access to the whole curriculum. Staff identify gaps in children's learning and put in place strategies to support and promote their development. They liaise with other agencies and use funding to purchase resources to support children's interests.

Outdoor space

Children have access to a secure outside area that is opened up at set times throughout the day. They are supported to peddle tricycles and have room to run around and practise their physical skills. Older children confidently talk about the leaves and acorns that have fallen from the trees, and younger children find sticks, repeating the word "stick" as they share them with staff.

My daughter left this nursery in summer and has recently started big school. We couldn’t be more grateful to the wonderful staff at Treetops! I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents. Ms Winnie & Miss Megan & team are truly professional and supportive, they really care and do their best to make the difference. They helped my daughter adapt not only to the nursery, but also to a new country and make new friends. The teachers put so much effort into the activities with the children: they do creative projects, practice writing, read stories, sing songs, and sometimes even cook together! My daughter would come home every day with new crafts and stories to share. Thank you so much to the whole team for your kindness, patience and dedication!

Our son has just left Treetops after around 3 years there and we would really highly recommend it. The staff all are lovely and look after the kids with genuine warmth - our shy boy formed a really strong bond with them. They provide many different activities, healthy home-cooked food and updates are provided on everything through the tapestry app. Our son came on leaps and bounds during his time there, made some very close friends and was sad to leave

My son has just left after a year and a half there. He has come on leaps and bounds in that time. I appreciate the support the staff have given us as well as their flexibility in their approach to his learning. They catered to his needs and interests, often going above and beyond, and communicated clearly with us. We will miss everyone at Treetops.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Ms. Winnie and her incredible team at Treetops Nursery for the wonderful care and support they provided to my daughter during her year there. From the very beginning, they created a warm and nurturing environment where she felt safe, loved, and eager to learn. Ms. Winnie’s dedication and genuine passion for the development of each child are truly remarkable, and I’ve seen firsthand how this has helped my daughter grow in confidence and thrive both socially and academically. The activities at Treetops are always well thought out, offering a perfect balance of play and learning, and it’s clear that the staff are deeply invested in every child’s progress. My daughter would come home excited to share all the new things she had learned, and her happiness and growth during her time there have been wonderful to witness. Thank you, Ms. Winnie, for the tremendous work you do—you’ve made such a positive impact on our family, and we are forever grateful.
