I am incredibly thankful to all the staff members for the experience my son has in the nursery. The service is smooth and worth the money we pay. I would like to mention Alina. She is great and my son absolutely loved her even he moved to toddlers room, he is still in love and mentioned her name every day. She is one the special treasures the nursery has. The nursery manager Anjal is very considerate and looked after facility very well. We really appreciate all the efforts you put in.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Busy Bees Ealing Common! My eldest daughter recently graduated from this nursery, and she was so prepared and confident for school – it was clear that her time here helped her grow and thrive. My younger daughter is also loving her time here and is progressing so well. The staff at this nursery are truly exceptional; they create a warm, welcoming environment that feels like a home away from home for the children. It’s evident that they genuinely care and are dedicated to each child’s development. I was amazed at how quickly my one-year-old learned to use utensils and feed herself, learning everything from table manners to practicing kindness with others. Thanks to their incredible support, we were even able to cut out the dummy, something we had really been struggling with! This nursery has been such a positive influence on both of my daughters, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience here. Highly highly recommended

I was disappointed after my visit to this nursery. In the baby room, one baby was crying continuously for about 30 minutes while I was there, yet none of the staff showed any attention to him. When I asked about it, I was told that he 'just wants to be like that all day' which I found deeply unsettling. It was heartbreaking to see such a young child left without any attempt to soothe him. In the toddler room, I noticed unnecessary screen use. A staff member was singing a song to the children while a video of another person singing the same song played in the background. I saw no benefit in exposing young children to a screen when the staff member was already engaging them directly. It felt like a way to keep the children still rather than an intentional educational tool, which came across as a lazy approach. Overall, I did not feel comfortable leaving my baby in this setting.

I keep recommending this little nursery because of the staff. They made us feel like we're family from th very beginning. They really listen to our concerns, make us feel included and welcomed. We work as a team. I had a previous experience in another nursery with my older son and I keep repeating that I should have inscribed him in this nursery from the very beginning. I know what my child is doing, eating, if he sleeps or not. I'm always welcomed in, they are always willing to help and listen. Eman is amazing, warm, professional and we can see she loves what she does. Kristiana is the most lovely person you'll ever meet ❤️ My oldest adores her and he was never in this nursery!! Steph, Stephanie, Michelle, Gurpreet, all lovely ladies. Thank you team for making us feel like family and not another number!

My kids went to this nursery for 15 months and I cannot recommend it more. The staff are so kind and friendly. The management is very responsive and caring. The nursery was always clean. My kids loved going to nursery everyday, my daughter was always coming home with a handicraft and she was feeling so proud of herself. Now she can write and recognise her name, all with help of her teachers at nursery, all in all this nursery has been like home to my kids. Our heart was at peace when We were leaving them at nursery and nothings more important than this for parents. Now that they’re both leaving for school We’re all gonna miss this place.
