Older children are closely supervised by staff as they practise climbing and jumping on the large apparatus.
The best nursery for not only looking after but also caring for your children. Emma and her team are super flexible and supportive, allowing me to work and alter my working days as necessary. I honestly do not know what I would do without them. They are the third parent in our children’s lives and I will be eternally grateful for the part they have played in making my children’s childhood a happy one.

Fantastic nursery. The staff are friendly and helpful, my son is always happy to there and they are always doing something different and he is always well looked after. The infant suite is beautiful and is a home from home for little babies, and Bear Cubs is a lovely playful environment for the slightly older babies.the staff in both of these rooms are amazing and Katy and Wendy are always thinking of new ways to entertain and inspire the children.

My son had a awful experience here! I don’t know if the fact only one of the members of staff knew the children or the fact that children were not supervised efficiently. I pulled my son out after 4 days as I went to pick him up he was having a asthma attack outside and the staff supervising the children didn’t even know. If this wasn’t the worse thing he was allowed to go outside along with other children in winter conditions with nothing but his jacket on even though being provided with winter essentials. When raising issues the staff were not helpful and I’m still waiting for a call back about complaints. I would just hope for future parents issues have been amended and such a big company can look after parents children a lot better now.

This is a very bad nursery, two of my kids went to the nursery. In one incident, my child came home with a severe bruise on her head. Kids aren't supervised properly, the staff aren't responsibly organised. In the second incident, we had very clearly mentioned for our girls not to be changed by a male staff. However, one afternoon when we went to pick them up we were told by the male staff he had changed them. Parents wishes aren't respected! If the nursery cannot accommodate basic rights. They should have informed us and we would have NEVER sent our kids at silver Trees. Be very careful is you choose to send your kids here, it is very unprofessional and unreliable.

Had my two girls in this place for years. It's great. The staff are great - my girls love them. They talk about them when at home and love to go to nursery to see them.
