This is not a nursery it’s only a business! All they are after is your money!
Registered my daughter on the 2nd of September, she attended for 2 weeks and when coming home she was crying as soon as I was mentioning the nursery she cried constantly. In her own way of saying she always said it’s not a nice lady there! I was promised a key worker, never had one, Margot was every day with a different child minder! After 2 weeks Margot caught the cold and flu, so I kept her home.
Received the October invoice on the 19th of September when I have paid the September in full on the 2nd!
I have sent an email that Margot will no longer attend Busy Bees Toton and now I get an email that I have to serve 4 weeks notice! My daughter didn’t enjoy a single day at the nursery, and those few pics on the portal she looked sad and unhappy. I will take this further and share with all friends and family.
I understand if I was asked to serve notice when my daughter been with the nursery for over 3 months but no with 2 weeks!
Wonderful, welcoming staff and my daughter is always happy to go into nursery. Regular updates and photos of the fun activities she's being doing throughout the day. Also great support during our potty training journey, willing to work alongside us with our methods and always feel confident my daughter is in the best hands.
We had both children attend the nursery over the past 7 years. It was a very sad official goodbye as our youngest finished this year. The both really enjoyed their time there, and I would recommend it to anyone. Lots of varied activities and meals everyday. Thank you to all the staff for everything ♥️
