Children are encouraged to listen well and actively participate in play and learning. Inclusion & environment
A sensory tent has been designed as a 'safe space' for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities to regulate their emotions.
The outdoor curriculum is an extension of what children are learning indoors. Older children revisit a familiar story as they go on a leaf hunt, exercising their fine- and gross-motor movements as they splash through puddles and collect a variety of coloured leaves that they later explore indoors.
Both my children attended Twinkle Stars for 3 years before they started Reception. The team are amazing and truly cared for both my children when they were at the setting. The nursery manager Helen went the extra mile to attend meetings and support my youngest child who has speech difficulties and really did her best to help him progress and be heard, for that i couldn't be more thankful. Everyone working at the setting are understanding, flexible and trustworthy. It felt more like a big family than a nursery setting most of the time. Thank you Twinkle Stars for the time, effort and love you give everyday to the children at your setting. 😊
Read on GoogleMy daughter attended Twinkle Stars Day Nursery since she was 1 years old till she entered reception at 4 years old. I couldn't of found a better Nursery for my daughter if I tried. I found the staff to be absolutely amazing catered to my child's every need, very welcoming and friendly. My daughter absolutely love attending and misses it loads now she is not there. Having previously worked in a nursery myself I believe they met all my expectations in looking after my daughter and introduced her to loads of new things and worked with her to adapt into the life of school. My daughter has now started school a well mannered clever confident little lady and alot of that is down to the hard work of the staff at the nursery that looked after my daughter. I have also referred the nursery to family members and would continue to.
Read on GoogleThis is an amazing little nursery. The staff are brilliant with the children. My son started here after having problems with another nursery. They took him in and really looked after him. My son was a completely different child when he finished there. They helped his development and speech come along, with was delayed. I wish I knew about this place early, as my son would have been there alot sooner. The manager is lovely and really listens to any problems you may have. All the girls that work there are great with the kids. Cannot fault them at all!
