Our ethos
We’re a family nursery, welcoming children since September 2022. We believe that every child is a unique individual, with their own strengths, interests, and needs. We’ve created a cosy, playful space where children can dive in, explore and fall in love with learning. We know those first few years really set the stage, so we make every day full of fun, discovery and smiles. Through playbased learning, strong relationships, and a warm, homely atmosphere, we support every child in their journey to grow, develop, and flourish at their own pace.

Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are supported well. Staff use their observations of children as they play to identify potential gaps in learning. They help parents to seek additional support their child may need to ensure they have every opportunity to make the best progress. Activities are adapted to ensure that all children gain the most from them.
Children's health and well-being are supported through lots of fresh air and time spent in the nursery garden. Children enjoy being physically active. Staff remind children about the importance of drinking to stay hydrated in the warm weather. They take effective steps to ensure that children do not play outside during the hottest part of the day to ensure children remain safe in the sun.
My daughter has been coming to Apple trees nursery now since Easter, and I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough! She was very anxious to start as she can be rather shy. The staff are amazing with her and she has built amazing relationships not just with staff but also with the children, which has really put me to ease. The staff are always very welcoming and always put the children first. I love how they plan around the children’s interests and plan amazing activities which she loves to get involved in. She’s come on so much since starting and loves coming to nursery! Thankyou for everything you’re doing for her, you’re such an amazing nursery!! ❤️
Read on GoogleFrom the moment me and my husband first visited the nursery, we received a warm welcome from all of the nursery staff. I felt nervous when I took my son to his first settling-in session. But then I saw the smile on his face when he was shown round the Toddler room and that put my mind at ease. Since then he loves going to nursery (he calls it school) and it's done him the world of good going there. It's a lovely nursery where it's always well maintained. I feel like I can go on with the rest of my day knowing my son's in a secure place and is in very good hands. The app is great on keeping me up to date on my son during the time he's there, it shares daily updates as well as being able to communicate directly with the nursery staff. I'd definitely recommend Apple Trees Nursery to any parent/guardian that's wants their child to be looked after by experienced staff and in a caring environment. Thank you to all the nursery staff for everything you do.
Read on GoogleFantastic nursery. My son has been attending the nursery for quite some time. The staff and management are very friendly and professional. They always keep me up to date with my son's day via the app, including pictures of the activities he's taken part in, meals and snacks, toilet breaks. I love that they keep me updated with my son's progression with a detailed summary of his next steps and how he has responded. I can't find anything negative to say it really is a lovely nursery.
Read on GoogleOur little girl just turned 2 and she's been going to Apple Trees since January 2025 after a house move. The staff made this an easy transition for all of us and I know my daughter is in good hands. Staff update me and my husband every day with photos, activity descriptions, food intake and more! Our daughter loves going to nursery and runs in the door without looking back ❤️
Read on GoogleMy son has been attending since January and he has come on leaps and bounds in so many different ways in such a short time. Staff are always really kind and informative and I can tell my son is really fond of them and enjoys his time there. Also really appreciate the regular updates on all aspects of his day and his development and whenever I've had to communicate with the nursery they've always been polite and helpful.
