Staff are very friendly, caring and understanding. Communication also is great you can speak to someone and be reassured that the message will be passed on to other staff members. I’ve been sending my 3 children there since they were babies and the staff have taken extremely good care of them. My children see them as an extension to our family and we really appreciate all the hard work and dedication they put into caring for all the children in the nursery. They do also tailor the level of care to fit each child’s individual needs. I’ve got experience of bad nurseries and I can recognise that Valley House is a nursery worth taking your child to so would highly recommend it.

This nursery was the last on my list to check for my son, and a good job I did. Despite my son (9 months) being very scared of new people, he instantly connected to the nursery nurses. He was comfortable and settled in very quickly, 4 years on, both my 4 year old son and 2 year daughter both attend the nursery. Both my children have developed a rich vocabulary, they get 1-2-1 if I need to concentrate on an aspect of learning. Very happy with nursery and how they handle my children- and would recommend this nursery to parents, which I have and will continue to do so.
