The pre-school provides exceptional care for children ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years of age, fostering a warm and welcoming family atmosphere.

Many staff members have chosen the setting for their own children, highlighting its community-focused ethos. The dedicated team comprises highly experienced and fully qualified professionals, including two Early Years Teachers, all committed to continuous professional development across the Early Years Foundation Stage.

This ensures their skills remain current with the latest advancements in early years education, legislation, and policies. Ladybird Pre-school is particularly adept at supporting children with additional needs, having a comprehensive SEND policy and a designated Special Education Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO).

They collaborate closely with external agencies like speech and language therapists and SEND early years specialists to ensure tailored progress and development plans. The nursery promotes a "free flow" environment, empowering children to choose resources independently.
