Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Inclusion is a key focus for leaders. Staff are passionate about ensuring that children who may have barriers to their learning benefit from a fully inclusive and supportive experience. Staff identify and assess each child's needs accurately through close observation and using their knowledge of how children learn and develop. Leaders use additional funding appropriately to support children's individual needs, and they support families with early help where required.

Outdoor space

Children are physically active, indoors and outdoors. Staff could plan with more purpose for children's outdoor learning to promote their physical skills further.

EAL / language support

Children who speak English as an additional language are supported to learn key words, and staff learn key words in the children's home languages. Staff monitor interventions to ensure they remain effective and support families with early help where required.

We have 2 little girls who have both attended Superpeas Nursery, our 4 year old is now at reception but our 3 year old still goes twice a week. The nursery is amazing, it is clean, has a great variety of activities, indoors and outdoors, extremely friendly staff who genuinely care about our girls. Even some days if our daughter is a little upset when being dropped off (as im sure most children do some of the time), the staff are very accommodating and help her settle quickly and dont mind if we call a little while later to check if she is ok. Would highly recommend xx

I highly recommend Superpeas to take care of your child from a baby to pre-school. My son has been there since he was 10 moinths old and has absolutely thrived under the care of his keyworkers. Through support from the management and staff my son received a diagnosis of autism and had an EHCP in place before he started mainstream school. My son has thoroughly enjoyed his time at Superpeas and formed a strong bond with his keyworkers, who have all shown amazing commitment to their role in taking care of him and teaching him, as well as supporting his specific needs. I have had confidence throughout his time here that he was being extremely well looked after. Thank you so much to all the team x
