How they support every child
SEND provision
The special educational needs coordinator (SENCo) has good knowledge of the local referral processes, and ensures children get timely support when needed. Leaders and staff work closely with a range of external professionals, alongside parents, recognising the importance of partnership working. The SENCo works with key persons to develop children's individual education plans, incorporating strategies from other professionals and identifying children's personalised goals. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities make good progress.
Outdoor space
Staff ensure that all children benefit from daily activities to be physically active. Babies have low-level furniture and steps in the garden to practise early walking skills. Older children enjoy spending lots of time outside, using balance bicycles and racing friends up and down a ramp.

My eldest has been at wonder house since it opened and my youngest has almost been there a year now . I wouldn’t chose anywhere else it’s such a lovely setting , the ladies feel like family and have nothing but yours and the children’s best interest . Not only are all the staff amazing the setting itself is so well done , I found most nursery’s to be dark and quite old fashioned , but wonder house is nothing but light , bright and clean! I all ways highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery ✨

My daughter has been attending Wonder House since January 2024. The facilities are lovely, spacious, well equipped. Lots of wood and light. Very Caring and thoughtful team , always doing lovely activities whether that’s crafting, games or stories or free play. We’ve had a great experience.

My daughter has been going to wonder house since she was 9 months old. She is now 3 years old. She has thrived so much and has learnt so much. All the staff are lovely and welcoming and make you feel valued as a parent. They have helped me greatly with my daughters condition and always on hand with advice. My daughter loves going to nursery. When we she arrives at they get she gets excited and says nursery.

Our son has been going to Wonder House Nursery for about a year now and he enjoys it so much. Drop off and pick-up is really efficient which is handy when busy with work. They really focus on his personal development with teeth brushing, self feeding and social skills. The feedback you get has been so much better than other experiences we have had getting an update everyday on the app with photos to see what he’s been up to. The baby room team are so lovely and personable you feel so welcome and they are such a credit to the nursery, thank you!

Our little boy started in January, and is getting on so well, and learning lots! He comes home chatty and happy, the staff have been wonderful, so friendly and lovely and always keep us in the loop of our son’s day/developments. Would definitely recommend Wonder House!😊
