Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Caring and dedicated staff work closely with outside agencies and parents to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). This helps children to feel safe and secure, meaning they settle well. The support in place for children with SEND is excellent. Leaders are relentless in their pursuit of removing barriers to learning. Links with external professionals are robust. Children with SEND flourish and make good progress. The manager and staff spoke to the inspector about how they support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

Outdoor space

All children have opportunities to play outside every day and are supported to access the outside. Funding is used to provide the children with wet weather clothing. Children receive plenty of physical exercise and fresh air and form positive friendships. They enjoy working together to walk along and balance on the logs; they help each other holding hands as they step to the next log. This supports children's physical development. Staff teach the children about how to keep themselves safe while playing outdoors.

Do not send your child to this nursery! The staff are incompetent, inept and uncaring. In particularly the managers of the place. Your child will be left all day, just walking around aimlessly. They DO NOT care about your children. Your children will not be cared for in this setting. Trusted source.

My daughter loved going to the breakfast club before school, but for some reason they thought it was acceptable to charge me more than other parents. Management and accounts were rude and unprofessional especially when it came to invoices being wrong. Always had to chase invoices and payments always late due to problems with them

My little boy has attended this nursery since he was 15 months old. All of the staff are absolutely incredible, nothing is too much to ask. The management team are fantastic, I suffered with mental health and they supported me through this and helped my little boy settle in so well. Nothing is ever too much to ask! Every day when I go and collect him, he is always so happy playing, his key carer is fab and looks after him so well! All of the children are always busy learning and playing. I will recommend this nursery for years to come as they are such a huge part of my life!
