Inclusion & environment
Staff conscientiously support all children's learning. They work methodically with other professionals and parents to help children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) to make good progress. Staff use sign language to say, 'thank you', which assists children to communicate, particularly those whose speech is emerging or who have SEND.
Children relish playing outside and get plenty of fresh air. They communicate eagerly, retelling a treasured story or talking about ice cream while playing in the sandpit.
Our youngest has been attending this nursery since we have lived here and he has gone all the way through to 4 years old and his graduation day today 🎉 I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and what they provide for the children, Nothing is too much bother. They were able to cater for numerous allergies and always put on special events for the children including animal visits to the nursery, fire service visits and today the children had a graduation party to celebrate their last day of nursery before big school. The outside area is fantastic too and they have spent lots of money making it look really nice for the kids. He will miss them all dearly but they have set him up incredibly for big school in September!
