Inclusion & environment
Leaders have not ensured that the curriculum is ambitious and challenging for all children including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Children with SEND are not supported to a good level. Leaders are aware of individual targets designed to specifically support children to make progress at nursery. However, this information is not well communicated to staff working with these children to ensure positive outcomes for all children.
Children enjoy their time playing outdoors, rolling hoops and throwing balls to one another. Staff try their best to interact with children encouraging them to balance and ride bikes. However, this is not consistent and not to a good level.
I visited here when I had flown over from the USA and needed to catch Shacharis so that I could say Kaddish for my mother. The late departure from America and therefore the late arrival in London made this challenging however thanks to this Shul I was still able to say Kaddish a few times. Parking was a little challenging, until I found a spot in the very small car park and a friendly fellowman guided me in.
