Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

This includes children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Staff work with outside agencies and parents to ensure children with SEND have the support they need to learn and achieve. For example, staff are innovative. They use and devise tools such as signs, gestures and pictures to help non-verbal children understand what is said and communicate their wants and needs with others.

Outdoor space

Children have great fun outdoors at this nursery. For example, children keenly follow the steps together as anticipation builds during a playground rhyme. They giggle and squeal with delight as they excitedly disperse, running in all directions across the space.

I have been using Greets Green for nearly 7 years now & my second child is currently there. Amazing nursery, literally can't fault it. Staff have genuine love for the kids and go above and beyond. Never had a single problem with management and would highly recommend to any parents looking for a nursery

Our little one absolutely loves going to nursery here. We have always been listened to and our wishes respected by the amazing team of staff. Couldn't wish for anything more for our child's start into the world of education. Thank you to all the brilliant staff, especially to baby room staff for giving our baby nurture and love always!

My son has been bin this nursery foe I wr 2 years full time privately funded and they fail to tell us about his graduation. Rather ti be told it was on his peg , bearing in mind the pegs are in commu al areas where any parent could have picked it up accidentally. No apologies but defensiveness from management. Parents later told me that they have received their invitations and where also reminded several times. This made me concerned on the level of care my son must have received while he was there. Even on the day of the graduation when parents where picking up their children to get them dressed up, they didn't even bother to ring me and question why he wasn't being picked up to dress up. For such a big day for a 3 year old to felt left out no parent for his graduation, not dressed up for the event and no apology was so disgusting of them both managers Becky and Stacey for being so defensive amd lied to head office that they have phoned me to apologise when they never did. They habe my email why didnt they send me apology letter, the same wahy i send my complain it. Child paid over £1000 every 4 weeks for 2 years and then to be treated like that. He will for ever have that unhappy memory ,which can destroy a child self esteem. Shame on to you,

I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough! 5 start ratings alll around! First and foremost the staff there are super kind, friendly and always welcoming. My child is non verbal soo I was really worried sending him to nursery as he wouldn’t be able to tell me how his day was, however I know from picking him up that he’s had a great day ..the more messier he looks the more fun he has! Also they have this app that informs parents about their day through out, which is amazing for me as my son literally cannot tell me what he’s been up to in the day. At first it took him a while to settle in but the staff reassured me that this does happen at first, My child in general can cry or wants to be held all the damn time so I know and appreciate how hard it can be to look after him sometimes but they never make me feel bad as a parent or that I’m doing something wrong at home as they are very understanding. The staff there have been consistent so my child has built trust and recognises their faces which is a great sign. They answer their phones at all times and reply to any emails/messages quickly. The invoices are very clear and easy to understand. Also great perk is that they have a free and spacious car park. Thank you, Khaliyals Parents.
