Key persons work conscientiously to outline children's next steps in learning. Staff gain a wealth of information on the children and get to know them very well. They carefully implement their plans and arrangements to help close gaps in children's development and ensure they make good progress. Staff flexibly adapt their arrangements to children's needs.

Outdoor space

Children relish the opportunities to freely move between the inside and outside areas. They develop their creative interests well, making marks with chalks outside and using pens and clipboards. Staff inspire children to explore nature by collecting sticks, working together to move a large branch, and marveling at rotting bark and insects.
