Inclusion & environment
Support for children with SEND is good. Staff are attentive, offer cuddles and reassurance, ensure children have close support at mealtimes and comforters are within easy reach, and make referrals to other professionals to secure early and ongoing support.
Children enjoy daily outdoor play and are physically active; staff encourage age-appropriate risks, such as climbing trees and balancing on tyres, which builds children's confidence and teaches them about their capabilities.
Our daughter loves going to this nursery! She is always happy and excited in the morning, and we can see how much she learns every day. The staff are kind, caring, and really help the children grow. It’s a warm and safe place where kids feel comfortable and enjoy exploring. Our older daughter also been in the same nursery , and she was very happy too. Since they started, we’ve noticed great improvements in their learning and social skills. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent!
Read on GoogleThe Nursey manager Ashleigh and every other teacher in this nursery are very professional. My son is a January start, and he has been more outspoken and very happy whenever it is time for school. The teachers are always full of smiles whenever i bring my son in the morning, and when i come back to pick him up at close time.Thumps up to you all.
Read on GoogleA brilliant Nursery, the staff are all welcoming and caring. My child has settled in so well and has learnt so much from this nursery. The staff are well trained/brillant with my child. I would highly recommend sending your child here 👍🏻
Read on GoogleMy son has recently started 5 Star Day Nursery after struggling to find the right nursery for him, I met with Ashley Nursery Manager before the new year, as my son was a January start, she was nothing but professional and accommodating. My son has now been in 1 week and 1 day he is happy and settled already special thank you to Anita Deputy Manager and Jasmine who have made the transition so smooth.
Read on GoogleVery caring staff and lots of activities, setting is quite small but plenty going on and they still manage outdoor play every afternoon. Only one star dropped as they took a long time to sort out my child’s learning journal meaning I didn’t get any feedback on his activities for the first four months, but this seems to have been sorted now. The new manager Kirsty seems to be quite efficient. Would happily send my second child here if we weren’t moving out of the area.
