A truly exceptional nursery—stands out miles above the rest........... As a mum of a one-year-old girl, I visited all the surrounding nurseries before choosing Abi Nursery, and the difference was immediately clear. So many settings I toured were tucked away in cramped, windowless buildings, filled with cheap plastic toys, or based in old factory units and drafty halls that didn’t feel cosy or purpose-built for little ones. Quite a few had no real garden at all—just small, uninspiring outdoor corners with very limited space to explore. Abi Nursery was the complete opposite. From the moment you step inside, the beautifully Scandinavian-inspired environment sets it apart—calm, natural, and thoughtfully designed with real attention to detail. It’s bright, airy, and genuinely uplifting, creating a space where children can feel both relaxed and inspired. The regular staff are warm, kind, highly qualified, and wonderfully consistent. One of the things that stood out to me most is that the nursery doesn’t use bank staff. Children are cared for by the same trusted team every day, creating a sense of stability, emotional security, and continuity that makes such a difference, especially for very young children. The team’s nurturing and knowledgeable approach shines through in everything they do. The quality of education is exceptional: engaging activities, purposeful play, and a deep understanding of child development woven seamlessly into each day. The outdoor space is another standout feature—spacious, enriching, and incredibly well designed. Compared to many nurseries with no garden at all, Abi’s outdoor area feels like a breath of fresh air: a true extension of the learning environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and independence in a safe, natural setting. After seeing so many options, choosing Abi Nursery was an easy decision. It is an outstanding, thoughtfully created setting that offers the very best start. I couldn’t be happier with the experience my daughter is having, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for quality, warmth, and genuine care.

Abi’s Nursery is such a wonderful place for children to learn, grow, and feel genuinely cared for. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and passionate about creating a happy and nurturing environment. You can see how much love and effort they put into every little detail — from activities and playtime to how they engage with parents. It’s a place that truly feels like a second home for the kids. Highly recommend!

Abi Nursery is beautiful setting with a large lovely safe secure outdoor garden full of adventures and laughter, indoors is bright airy, incredibly warm and cosy, with the very best resources and play equipment. Food is all home cooked on site in their kitchens and the staff are all warm and approachable and children naturally bond with them. As a parent you couldn't want for more and incredible value to.

I couldn’t be happier with this nursery! The staff are warm, caring, and truly go above and beyond for the children. My little one has grown so much in confidence and always comes home happy and excited to share what they’ve learned. The environment is safe, welcoming, and filled with fun activities that keep the kids engaged every day. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and positive place for their child to learn and grow!

Abi’s Nursery has been incredibly welcoming from the start. As a parent of a child with multiple allergies, I was initially nervous, but their attentive and communicative staff really put my mind at ease. They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure my son feels safe and happy, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
