My son has attended Monkey Puzzle since he was 18 months old, and now at 4 years old, he is ready to start school this September. Born during the challenging pandemic period, he had limited interaction with other children, making him quite anxious. From our initial visit to enrolling, the staff were incredibly supportive and attentive to all our questions. My son quickly adapted to the warm, safe environment. In the baby room, his confidence soared, and his development flourished, thanks to feedback via the app and conversations at pick-up time, which helped us continue his progress at home. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful, honest, and always cheerful. My son has bonded well with all the staff and holds them in high regard. I'd like to personally thank everyone at Monkey Puzzle for making my first experience with childcare/nursery assistance a smooth one!

Good nursery, staff are friendly and kind. My daughter attended up until around a year ago and my son now attends, it’s important for me to know that when my kids are at nursery not only are they in a safe environment but that they are being given good opportunities to learn and progress and every time i look on the app my son is doing a new/interactive activity which gives me peace of mind. Also every member of staff i have met since both my daughter and son attended have been polite, professional and always seem to have the kids development as their main priority which is great. Both of my two that have attended have always come home happy and we have never had a problem since day one.

My daughter attended Monkey Puzzle before she started school and absolutely loved her time at the nursery! She always asks to go back to visit everyone as she felt the family vibe. My son currently attends the nursery, he is very happy and gets given lots of fun opportunities and support to progress in his development.

I couldn't have found a more perfect nursery for my son to attend. Monkey puzzle has a genuine family feel and you have all made us feel so welcome from the very first day. The facilities are outstanding and the activities my son gets to partake in, mean he is so excited to go in each day. He has been thoroughly supported in his learning and the progress he has made over the time he has been there is truly exceptional. He absolutely loves nursery and has grown so much in confidence over his time there. He is made to feel supported and cared for in all that he does.

Yo expect from a private and small nursery to receive the highest standards ever but in our case our experience wasn't one that i was expected. I give 2 stars just because some members of staff they where doing there job. You should update your website, some off qualified staff are not working there not enough and trained staff to look after children and many more. Currently most of them they don't have an ideea what they doing... Not enough experience and i don't see the passion on working with children... My son didn't learned anything apart from the education that he received at home. Thank you so much but our experience wasn't a good one. .
