What it's like to attend

• The manager is an exceptionally committed and talented leader, inspiring and supporting staff to provide care and education of the very highest quality.
• The support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is exemplary and highly effective, with additional support tailored to each child's specific needs.
• Staff fully understand how to support and challenge children, so their play results in meaningful learning, and are extremely skilled at knowing when to intervene.
• The whole staff team know all children exceptionally well, with staff given time to observe key children and build accurate pictures of their progress and learning needs.
• Babies and toddlers thrive, showing high levels of confidence and independence, and confidently learning alongside older children.
• Staff expertly support children's language development, especially when identifying a need for extra support, and carefully arrange toys and resources to encourage conversation.
• The manager carefully monitors the effectiveness of teaching strategies and the learning environment, adapting routines to ensure children participate in the learning experiences they need most.
