I've had a bad and unprofessional experience with Faye and Rita. On day 1, I have called, they have said they have only two days available, and it was for Monday and Tuesday, which is as great as it was exactly what we needed. I have done the walk around, and was ok to progress with it, completed the forms and sent all the required info in the same day. Then they got back to me changing the days, Wednesday-Friday, then Monday-Wednesday, and again back to Monday-Tuesday as something freed up. They just make it up as they go, nothing they say merits any trust. When it was time to pay up the reservation and sign the enrolment, Oopps "oh we forgot" we have a "new policy" from JANUARY and that now it is a minimum of 3 days.... you now MUST add one more day if you want to join with us. Seriously?? No thanks

We’ve had such a lovely experience with this nursery over the last three years. Rita and the team have been amazing with our son. They’ve shown him so much care, patience and understanding, especially at times when he’s found things a bit difficult. They’ve always worked with us, kept us reassured, and helped him grow in confidence so much. What we really love is the sense of community they’ve built. The children are always doing something, walks, trips, forest school, activities, animal visits, and it feels like the team genuinely put their hearts into making nursery a happy, exciting place for them. We’re really grateful for everything they’ve done for our family. It’s a very caring nursery, and we feel lucky to be part of it.
