Inclusion & environment
Staff include all children equally in activities, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, and work with parents and external professionals to meet children's individual care and learning needs effectively.
There are plans to develop the garden to provide more learning opportunities, including planting and growing. Staff encourage children to play outside, occasionally take them on walks in the local environment, and support physical development by allowing safe risk-taking such as balancing across stepping stones.
