How they support every child

SEND provision

The manager and staff team work positively with parents and other professionals to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). For example, speech and language professionals visit the nursery and staff implement recommendations to support children's ongoing development; consequently, children with SEND make the most progress they are capable of.

Outdoor space

Children have ample physical exercise outdoors. The manager has recognised they can enhance the provision of the curriculum outdoors so older children consistently benefit from a wider variety of rich learning experiences.

My partner was shown around by professional and knowledgeable staff. They were welcoming and very friendly. We have since registered to send our daughter to Acrewood once she arrives. The premises are well looked after and very clean and organised. There is parking in the premises so no need to park in the road. Beautiful flint clad building.
