Although there are good staff members inside who genuinely love children, I can’t say the same for everyone. This was my 2 year old daughter’s first nursery experience. She attended for about three months, but it took her two months to get used to it. For a while, it seemed like she had settled in, but by the third month, she clearly expressed that she didn’t want to go anymore with her tears. Many times, we found her standing at the door crying alone. The staff inside seemed unattentive to her distress.often saw them giving close attention to certain children in the class, holding them in their arms, but my daughter was never one of them. Two months ago, she started at a different nursery, and to our surprise, she adapted incredibly quickly. She has made friends there and always goes willingly. Since this was her first nursery experience, I initially thought she was struggling with the adjustment period, but unfortunately, I was wrong. The real issue was that she couldn’t establish a connection with the staff here. in addtion, I also realized that the large class size was a significant disadvantage. I would advise parents considering this nursery to keep this in mind.

My daughter started here in January 2023 and I am honestly so pleased! My daughter settled in well and is always so happy! Staff are consistent and always tell you what happens throughout the day. Wish I would have found Advantage Nursery sooner! I like the nursery is spacey and big yet homely. There is a receptionist at the front to greet everyone and a fish tank my daughter loves as well as options to swap books your child no longer wants. 10/10. Thanks for everything !

Our daughter attended Advantage for over 1.5 years and she left for school in September 2020 with lots of confidence and skills that she had gained from her time there. It is a big nursery, but it has the feel of a much smaller setting because of the excellent room and reception staff. The quality of the facilities and toys is brilliant and they take pride in maintaining equipment, revamping outdoor spaces and areas. In our daughters preschool room, the staff/key-workers were stable for the whole year so we were met by the same friendly faces every day who knew our daughter well and took fantastic care of her. The reception/admin staff are extremely professional and friendly and take care of all matters with regards to fees/funding etc so there was no stress or hassle involved in sorting such things. We really felt like part of the nursery (we loved the stay and play days, Christmas show and fair, graduation for the children) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others or use again.

Lovely nursery and staff. My son went there about 13 years ago (when it first opened) ,and now my 4 year old daughter goes. Fantastic facilities, rooms and outdoor space. This year they added roof garden which is a big hit with children. Food menu is great and nursery chef is very popular. They eat really good variety of healthy meals. Staff are all lovely, as well as learning and playing, children get lots of cuddles. Also big fan of forest school , kids love going out and spending time in nature. Mustn't forget reception/admin staff who are all the nicest ladies, always happy to help out, very efficient with emails and getting back to parents if they have queries. All in all great nursery , highly recommend

Advantage day nursery is a very good nursery with very friendly and professional staff. I have put 2 of my daughters in the nursery, one being 14 years old now and 1 being 2 years old who is currently attending the nursery. The staff have always gone above and beyond to make my daughters feel settled and safe. I would highly recommend this nursery to others and have done over the years.
