Inclusion & environment
Staff receive training on promoting positive behaviour and supporting some children who have gaps in their learning and development.
During daily outings to local parks, children get lots of fresh air and physical exercise; they run and jump in a large open space while staff supervise. Indoors, children use a spacious, newly refurbished large play area with wheeled toys and pop-up tunnels, and staff support their physical development.
Key staff know the languages children speak and hear at home, but this is not fully supported within the nursery.
I have a lot to say, but I will limit myself to, the most amazing nursery. My son started in March, and since then he learnt a lot, and his speaking improved so much. All the teachers are part of the family, my son simply loves them and I can see how happy he is being there. Thank you, Cleo and everyone for how amazing your are!
Read on GoogleExcellent nursery. Children are very well taken care of and staff is professional and courteous with parents. I know my son is in great hands and I also know he is super happy there, to the point he doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day :)
Read on GoogleI am sad to have to give a bad review to anyone but have to warn other parents that I witnessed neglectful behaviour from staff there. My son was supposed to start there in June as we liked the staff and manager when we visited. But 2 days before started, we were in The Recreational Parc next door to them as they don't have their own garden so take the kids there, and we interacted with the staff and children. They seemed very nice and said they were going to have some activities. What they did, in fact, was to walk around the Parc very slowly for 45 minutes, keeping around 10 kids strapped in the buggies the whole time, on a beautiful day when the Parc was empty. There was no regard for the kids. If they do this in front of me, what else they do when I don't see? I reported to the manager Cleo who said will investigate and get back to me, sadly she never did which makes me question this place even more 😔
