Applepips Day Nursery is dedicated to providing an enriching and enjoyable environment where children can flourish. With a focus on fun activities, education, physical development, and creative expression through music and laughter, the nursery aims to give every child the best start in life.
They ensure little ones are well-nourished with healthy snacks and meals throughout the day. Recognising the diverse needs of families, Applepips offers flexible childcare options, allowing parents to choose session combinations that best suit their schedules and their children's needs.
The nursery operates across two distinct settings, The Chimes and Heritage House, each offering a nurturing "home from home" atmosphere designed for exploration, learning, and socialisation. Their dedicated team of qualified and passionate practitioners is committed to delivering high-quality childcare, supporting children individually as they prepare for their next educational steps.
Heritage House, specifically, organises children into "Rosebuds" (6 months to 3 years) and "Treetops" (3 to 5 years), providing age-appropriate spaces and activities, including large outdoor areas for physical development and imaginative play.

Inclusion & environment
Children who have special educational needs and/or disabilities are provided with more targeted support to ensure they reach their fullest potential. The manager understands the importance of sharing information with other professionals to provide children with a joined-up approach to their development.
All children have regular access to the outdoors for fresh air and exercise. Older children take part in weekly physical development sessions which help to build on their spatial awareness and to learn about managing simple risks in their play.

Read on GoogleMy daughter started at Applepips in January at 26 months and she absolutely loves it. She’s leaves with a beaming smile each time and has come on leaps and bounds following no socialisation during lockdown. She settled in quickly with help from the staff who are all absolutely great. They are extremely flexible and accommodating. I’m so glad I chose Applepips as a perfect home from home environment and would highly recommend.
