We cannot recommend the nursery highly enough! Our daughter has been attending for almost a year, and the progress she has made is incredible. The teachers are genuinely caring and attentive, they go above and beyond to make every day special. The manager who runs the setting with such professionalism and warmth. We feel so lucky to have found a place where our child is so happy and safe—so much so that our son is starting there this September too! It’s a wonderful community and we are so grateful for everything they do!

We feel incredibly grateful to have found Ark Start at exactly the right time for our son. Before joining, he attended a different nursery where he was often labelled as “naughty,” but in reality, he wasn’t naughty at, he just struggled with regulating his emotions, but what 3 year old doesn’t. I feel he was simply in the wrong environment where he wasn’t nurtured or understood. He struggled to make friends and became very unhappy going in each day, which was really difficult for us as parents to see. Since starting at Ark Start, the change in him has been nothing short of amazing. It truly feels like a home away from home, one big, supportive family. The staff are absolutely brilliant, and we’re especially thankful to Louise, the manager, who took the time to really talk with me and undo the worry and anxiety I had from our previous experience. I was so nervous that my son would go through the same thing again, but she completely reassured me and made us feel supported from the start. Yasmin and Ozlem always take the time to give positive feedback about my son’s day, which means so much, and a special mention to Ruksar for being Eden’s “bestie”,that bond has been so lovely to see. They took the time to truly understand what my son needed and supported him in such a positive, nurturing way. His transformation has been huge, his confidence has grown, he now has lots of friends, and most importantly, he’s happy and excited to go to nursery. It really shows how the right environment and the right people can make such a huge difference. It hasn’t only changed my son’s life, but ours as a family too. We now enjoy going to nursery, and home life is no longer a battle, everything just flows so much more nicely. We genuinely feel the care and love from the whole team, and we couldn’t be happier with the difference Ark Start has made to our lives. Thank you for making such a big difference, It means more than you know.
