Being a first time father I was really nervous putting my child into a nursery, but so far my experience with this one is 10/10! I’ve met nearly all of the staff and they are all lovely. Kayleigh And Lilly are both superb, both of them are very kind ladies and very attentive to my child. They both always give me daily updates in regards to my child, from the child’s behaviour, to her bottle and snack routine and anything in general! I could see from my experience that they attend to all of the children at once not singling out any of the other children. Shanna the manager (maternity cover) is absolutely bubbly and very helpful with anything/everything. I would 100% this nursery to anyone. Thank you so much to all of the staff for giving me piece of mind.

I have been really pleased with my experience so far with this nursery. From the settling in sessions to now the day to day experience. When my child first started, everything was at our pace, I felt the nursery followed mine and my child’s needs and didn’t have a one channeled way of working. It’s clear their way of working has the child and family at the most important. I love my child’s online nursery journal where I receive pictures and updates regularly and can share with family on my child’s day and their development. Nothing ever seems to much bother and I feel they provide a calm and welcoming environment for my child and for myself as a parent. Thank you to the team!

Thank you for being amazing to my son. A team of welcoming staff. Special thank you to Zara, Alice,Christine and chef sookie. Vashawn can't stop talking about miss Zara. He misses his old nursery dearly. If I had another child they would definitely attend this nursery again. I never had to question my son care. THANK YOU KIND REGARDS VASHAWN MUMMY

I would not recommend bringing your child to this nursery, as a first time father this was the most unsettling experience I endured when placing my child in nursery for the first time. Day 1 of my child starting nursery he came back home with hand foot and mouth disease, and was returned back without being changed the whole day. We expressed these concerns to management and we were met with no understanding or compensation for having to take our son out the nursery as he fell ill. I would not recommend Comfort Angelz and was completely let down by their services.

I deeply regret to inform you that my experience at Comfort Angelz Nursery has been highly unsatisfactory. I am compelled to share my concerns regarding the care provided to my son during his time at the facility. First and foremost, it is distressing to learn that my son was put to nap in his shoes. This not only demonstrates a lack of attention to his comfort and well-being but also raises concerns about the overall quality of care provided by the nursery staff. Furthermore, I was appalled to discover that my son was left in a full nappy, which is a clear violation of basic hygiene standards. It is imperative that a nursery maintains a clean and sanitary environment for the children in their care, and such negligence is absolutely unacceptable. To my utmost shock, 15th may 2024 ,upon returning home, I discovered another child's faeces on my son's clothes and under his shoes, despite him not having been outside that day. This incident not only highlights a complete disregard for cleanliness and hygiene protocols but also raises serious questions about the level of supervision and care provided by the nursery staff. I have raised all my concerns with the nursery manager and staff but nobody has responded to my concerns. I have chased this matter several times and was told each time that somebody will get back to me and nobody has. I implore the management of Comfort Angelz Nursery to take immediate and decisive action to rectify these grave concerns. It is of utmost importance that a nursery prioritizes the well-being, safety, and hygiene of the children under their care. I expect a thorough investigation into these incidents and assurances that such negligence will not be repeated in the future. In conclusion, my experience at Comfort Angelz Nursery has been deeply dismaying, and I strongly advise that appropriate measures be taken to address these issues promptly. The well-being and welfare of our children must always be the top priority in any childcare facility, and I sincerely hope that necessary steps will be taken to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children in your care. I have taken steps to reporting the nursery to ofsted and local authorities to take action against health and wellbeing concerns and investigate further.
