SEND provision
The manager in her role as SEND coordinator works closely with staff to make sure that children receive the help they need to succeed.
Outdoor space
Staff plan the curriculum to include plenty of activities to help children learn outside. During daily outings, children show curiosity and interest in the natural environment. As they walk to the park, staff make full use of spontaneous opportunities to teach children about the community and environment.
EAL / language support
Children are very receptive as staff communicate with them continuously. Staff use labelling and repetition as children play, including words from their additional languages.

I had a really nice experience at Splash Day Nursery during the stay and play with my little one. The manager, was very welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. Plus, the stay and play was free of charge, which was a great bonus! The activities were engaging and perfect for the kids. Overall, it was a great vibe, and I’d definitely recommend it!

Splash Day Nursery has been amazing for our son! The staff are so kind, caring, and welcoming, and he’s always excited to go in each morning. He’s made lovely friends, learned so much, and grown in confidence since starting. We really appreciate the regular updates and photos too—it’s clear how much effort the team puts into making every day fun and engaging. Couldn’t recommend Splash Day Nursery more!

We’re so grateful to the wonderful staff at splash nursery for the care and support they’ve given our son. Even without a garden, they made great use of outdoor spaces and brought nature into the children’s everyday activities. A fantastic, nurturing environment ,we’ll really miss it!

“My child absolutely loves Splash Day Nursery! The teachers are so caring and friendly, and the environment feels safe, fun, and welcoming. I really appreciate the great communication — I receive daily pictures and updates of all the lovely activities my child takes part in. It’s such a comfort knowing they’re happy and well cared for every day!”
