About this day nursery

Ashford Play Nursery Schools have been a part of the Ashford community for over 52 years, with the Albert Road nursery established and continuously managed by Mrs. V S Webb since 1971. The nursery has expanded to include a second location on Wall Road, both operating under the Ashford Play Nursery Schools umbrella.

They pride themselves on providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that adheres to national day care standards and local authority requirements, as well as the owner's high personal benchmarks. Regular OFSTED inspections ensure their compliance.

The nurseries feature bright, well-kept facilities and are staffed by a team of friendly, fully qualified professionals who also undergo continuous in-house training. A key aspect of their philosophy is fostering strong partnerships with parents and carers to cater to each child's individual needs.

Our child has been attending this nursery for a while now. For some unknown reason the nursery decided to stop providing lunch meals despite increasing their fees. Also during the pandemic the starting tine was moved from 8 to 8:30 , with the promise it will revert back to normal after the end of lockdown. Needless to say the promise was not kept. Very disappointing

To all parents, BE WARNED. My baby brother has attended this nursery back during the pandemic. This nursery has locked him upstairs and made him sit on his "naughty chair" without supervision. When my mom heard about this from my brother my mom has called the nursery and they have denied all allegations. YOU TELL ME whether we should believe a stranger or our 3 year old who cries in the middle of the night everytime he attends the nursery. My mom is illiterate and was passive about the matter since she managed to transfer him to St mary's nursery(lovely teacher and buddy system). If I had been aware I would've urged my mom to sue for causing him emotional trauma and child neglect.
