Unfortunately, our experience at this nursery did not meet our expectations. My daughter struggled to settle, and despite raising concerns early on, I did not feel there was enough consistency or follow through to support her properly. It took months to assign a key person, which completely eliminated the purpose of having one in the first place, especially during the settling in stage. Communication was often unclear, with different staff giving conflicting feedback about how my daughter was doing. This left us confused and concerned. The way management handled our concerns felt unprofessional and did not focus on solutions for the child, which ultimately led us to lose confidence in the nursery. Since withdrawing her and moving her to another nursery, she is now happy and settling really well, which confirmed to us that leaving was the right decision

Not a nice place, as my daughter describes it…She is now 7 years old and still remembers it but not in a good way… My daughter attended this nursery during the period 2018 to 2019 when she was 3 years old. We were getting frequent incident reports and calls from the management to discuss her behavior, but we were puzzled as her behavior was completely different at home. Unfortunately, I was a first time parent and didn’t have enough experience of challenging things back then. I believe that this nursery was not fit for my daughter’s needs as a bilingual raised child. Her speech hadn’t been much developed at that time and the personnel wasn’t supportive/trained/experienced in bilingual children. So, they didn’t effectively communicate with my daughter or help my daughter to socialize with the rest of the children. Moreover, the key persons were changing too frequently, that childcare workers and children did not have the time to bond with each other. We finally took her out of this nursery in 2019. She went to another one where she just thrived! - BTW new nursery was classed as outstanding by Ofsted. I just wanted to say that I regret not writing this review earlier and I really hope that things are better there now. I am writing this also to make other parents aware, in case they have similar issues with their children attending this or other nurseries.

My daughter has just joined the nursery, with her only being 4 months old I was quite anxious to leave her however the staff have been amazing and have taken great care of her, when I collect she is so happy and is smiling at the staff which has put my mind at ease. I am sent regular pictures throughout the day via their parent app which also keeps me up to date with what bottles she has had at what times and her sleep throughout the day. I am so glad that I decided to attend busy bees Eureka park knowing that my daughter is well cared for and looked after helps to make returning to work that bit easier.

My son has been at this nursery for about 8 months, and I can't think of anywhere he would get a better experience. The staff are all friendly and approachable. They clearly care about all of the children and are doing their best to provide an environment where they can feel safe and thrive. The nursery has decent outside space for the children, and they give plenty of opportunity for time in the garden which is something that is important to me. The food is varied and seems balanced. They offer lots of messy activities (which I don't often do at home) and also seem to tailor activities to a theme or based on the children's interests at the time. I'm so pleased we chose this nursery.

Our daughter has been going here one day a week since September. She LOVES her nursery day. She gets so excited when we pull up in the car park! We can not fault/ show any concerns with her care whatsoever. She enjoys a wide variety of dishes during meal times, has great fun during messy play and outside play. I’ve always felt incredibly confident leaving Olivia in the staff’s care, they all know her by name and she loves to smile & wave at everybody who works there. I wish we could put into words how happy we are with Busy Bees!
