My daughter was the first child in the nursery when it opened and has been going there for over 2 years now. She has always been happy at nursery, she loves all the staff and is in a good mood when I pick her up. The nursery manager is passionate about the nursery and the children and always responsive. The staff have been fairly consistent which helps the children settle and is reassuring knowing that staff stay in their jobs and are happy. The children all share a space with a section for babies - this approach helps them to learn from each other. I would recommend the nursery to others.

I wouldn't recommend this nursery to anyone. The service was bad from start to finish. I'll try to summarize, but there are so many red flags: - I enrolled my 10-month-old son, and they didn't give me a single paper to sign. They only asked for an emergency contact. - They didn't offer an adaptation session, which is usual in nurseries. This was my son's first time away from me. - The environment is supposed to be separated by age, but when I arrived, all the children were together, including babies crying in the midst of older children aged 3-4. - Clearly, they didn't have enough staff for the number of children. - My son was very upset and crying. He was simply placed in the middle of all the children, who started hugging and touching him, making him even more irritated. The manager politely told my husband and me to leave because he wouldn't stop crying if we stayed, but he was so upset that he didn't even notice us. - I asked about access to the app they have to track my baby in real-time with photos and see feeding updates (that's what they told me). They promised to send me the access link via email within 10 minutes, but I only received it TWO HOURS LATER, and only after I called to ask. When I called, there were no photos or updates. - They told me that if my baby didn't stop crying within an hour, they would call me to pick him up. After an hour, I called to check on him, and the response was that he was still crying but they were managing him. How? - At the end of the day, when I picked him up, he was sleeping, dirty, and in the arms of one of the employees who had VERY VERY long nails. It's unacceptable for someone working with babies to have long nails; it's not safe for them. - My son was apathetic, with swollen and red eyes from crying so much. Heartbreaking. - They told me he had fun in the garden (I wasn't shown a garden). It was a slightly cold day, and my son was taking antibiotics due to a strong cough. He came home hoarse. - They told me he ate the nursery's food because they decided to test if he liked it. I HAD WARNED THEM THAT I HAD SENT HIS FOOD IN THE BAG because they didn't ask about allergies. They simply decided to give him their food without consulting me? - I received photos on the app only at the end of the day, and my son looked extremely stressed, with swollen eyes from crying, and a sad expression. This was my first time taking my son to a nursery, and I can say that they traumatized him and me too. Terrible service, terrible care."

This nursery is superb and I'm so pleased i chose this environment for my boys. The staff and management are fantastic and they clearly love their jobs. Very supportive to both parents and children. The attention to detail and love that my boys received was so comforting. I was very impressed with the development and learning of my children. The boys had lots of fun engaging activities and nice outdoor play area to learn. Will truly miss all the staff. I would highly recommend this nursery.

So happy with the staff and the facilities that Baby Steps Daycare Nursery offer! My kids started attending recently and they love it. Couldn’t have found a better place for them. Every chance they get they ask to attend the nursery and that’s down to the amazing staff and the environment they have created.

After having a bad experience at a previous nursery, I was sceptical about putting my two children in nursery again, but I am so happy with the care and service provided at Baby Steps, thank you so much for making the transition of both my children a smooth one, and for always keeping me in the loop with their development.
