My great grandson attends this nursery. He loves it, the education he is receiving is brilliant, plenty of learning through play. The staff are fantastic, very caring. He knows so much for a 3 year old, and very confident. Well done

I regularly teach in Banana Moon and love the way the nursery is always adapting and altering to meet the needs of the children there. The recent addition of the Sensory Room is amazing. Both children and staff are all welcoming and enthusiastic, creating a lovely environment.

Utterly disgusted if I’m honest, consistent problems with the nursery and only wished I listened to those around me who voiced the same problems. Brought my daughter into the nursery for 2 mornings a week, being her first time in the nursery I was unaware your child is only allowed to use one cup which they want and not the one you prefer! Told them before she started I would like for her to have breakfast and milk none were given to her until her last day when I asked why she hasn’t been offered it… she comes home with bruises that had no explanation given to me and when they try to over charge you and you contact them on multiple occasions explaining this they seem to not change it, and when they finally do they never pick up the phone or respond to messages. Safe to say my daughter will never be going back.
