After working in management for childcare since 2015, I had very specific standards when choosing a nursery for my ' IVF rainbow baby.' I spent a year visiting various settings across Slough and Buckinghamshire without the rose coloured glasses and Banana Moon Stoke Poges was the clear winner for me and my family! Security & Peace of Mind The security measures are the most robust I’ve seen. As a parent, I feel incredibly reassured by: Biometric Entry: They use a fingerprint recognition system for access, ensuring that only authorised parents and staff can enter. Comprehensive CCTV: Internal monitoring throughout the nursery provides a high level of transparency and safety. Controlled Access: All visitors are strictly monitored, creating a secure environment where I know my child is safe. Enriching Environments I love that the children aren’t restricted to just one room. They have access to fantastic specialised spaces: The Canteen: A dedicated area where the children enjoy their meals together! It is so adorable seeing all the children interacting together! The Library: A quiet, inviting space that has really encouraged a love for books and includes so many different types and styles of books The Sensory Room: A calming and stimulating environment perfect for exploration and a little dance time when you put the disco lights on! The Technology Room: A great space for early learning and interactive play with a touch screen smart board and a science corner! With all these separate rooms including for Babies, Nursery and Preschool, I’m confident that the activities are always age-appropriate and engaging. It’s a wonderful setting that truly puts safety and development first! There are daily updates on the blossom app for us to view what my child has done during the day but also includes more than 2 photos every day! We also get weekly updates from management and so far every parent suggestion has been implemented! If it has not we always get told why it may be beneficial another way. Im so grateful to this nursery and the brilliant positive atmosphere the staff bring for my little one :) thank you. The staff truly work so hard in the rooms and every time i go in each room has tables covered in inviting activities! Just look at some of the photos i get sent home daily (observations have a different area!) a big pro compared to other settings feedbacks.
