Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

All children, including those who are disadvantaged and those with special educational needs and/or disabilities make excellent progress. The special educational needs coordinator ensures children achieve the best possible outcomes and thrive in their development. Referrals to professionals are swift, meaning exemplary support is accessed early.

Outdoor space

Children build a wall of bricks to jump over, taking this outdoors to create a balancing beam over a tractor tyre that is a bigger jump. They talk about the 'Grand National' as they race around the obstacle course they have made.

Early days as little boy has just had a few settling in sessions and a couple of full days. However, fingers-crossed, so far I'm really happy. We went to BM as his childminder was retiring, and BM was convenient for my commute. They were very open to me viewing with almost no notice - which I think is a credit to them, and all's been fine since then. Staff have all been great. So far (fingers-crossed it stays like this) the parent diary app is complete and we see that the days are packed and fun. It's great to be at work and see him busy doing fun things. The premises are not shiny and new like some places that I can mention which are taking over local nurseries, but that's not what's important. I'm a bit wary of giving 5 stars as that's perfection and few things are perfect in this world. I'd prefer to give 4 stars but I know that some people would see this as a negative, and I certainly wouldn't intend it to be like this.

Do not enroll. Your child in this nursery after initially agreeing and paying my first invoice which was itemised I then received an non itemised invoice stating only a total amount on it which increased the previously agreed rate significantly without any prior warning or consultation effectively charging me £96 extra for days that my child wouldn't even attend I initially thought this was just a mistake and was willing work through the problem but the management tried to explain the creative accounting as another way of paying, one which I was never informed of and still meant they had enforced a significant pay increase without any notification which clearly was a breach of our initial agreement but when I challenged them on this I just kept getting told lie after lie leaving me no option but to pull my child from the nursery, but this wasn't the end of it the nursery are still trying to pursue me for the next months invoice that my child will not even be attending even though they haven't reimbursed me for the previous month and have already breached the contract. Trust me this is not what you want from a nursery you send your child their in the hope you can concentrate on your job not to be held ransom by a company that feels they can raise there fees without any notification and treat their customers like rubbish . It's also very grubby inside with only minimal works done to transform it from a pub. And I would take the positive reviews that are on here with a massive pinch of salt one likely being a staff member that manages the nursery and the others family or friends of the owners. Regarding the reply this is hilarious they literally can't stop lying didn't hand me a fees sheet as that would have been sent formally via e mail but they have to pretend this has been done informally because I can prove it hasn't been emailed through to me. The day we looked around we were informed the previous manger had left suddenly and all the paperwork was in the air and would be sent through to me. Secondly I have the invoices I can post them on here, I didn't ask for a bespoke invoices I asked for my invoices to remain itemised and within the Financial Conduct Authority's guidelines no business's with any credibility would bill or pay an non itemised invoice butore importantly you can't raise your fees without notification you are in breach of our contract and I'm so waiting to be re imbursed for Aprils paid invoice which was billed at a higher rate without my consent or notification.

Having seen many nursery in Leeds, I felt nothing compares to this nursery's infrastructure. This felt like a premium nursery with outstanding facilities and equipment. And there is so much space and light that when you enter, you feel like you want to become a child and start playing!! From the day my little one visited the nursery she has been saying she wants to go to Banana-moon.
