After my worst nightmare came true at a previous nursery, I truly never thought I would be able to trust another setting with my daughter. Making the decision to try again was incredibly difficult, but from the very first moment I contacted Tracy, she was absolutely amazing. After I explained our situation, she went out of her way to reassure me every step of the way. She arranged a viewing of Bee Active Mill Hayes, introduced us to the team, and even offered extra settling-in sessions to make sure we both felt comfortable. Her kindness and understanding meant more to me than I can ever say. The ladies at Bee Active are simply wonderful. The love and care they show for her every single day means more to me than I could ever put into words. Seeing the bond she has built with each member of the team is so special. She happily and willingly goes to nursery every day, excited to see what activities are planned. They care for my daughter as if she were their own. They celebrate every milestone with us and share in the excitement when she masters a new skill. Knowing she is safe, happy, and so well cared for has given me peace of mind I never thought I’d feel again. We are so grateful to the entire team at Bee Active Mill Hayes you are truly incredible. 💛

Our daughter recently started here and it has been nothing but fantastic in every aspect. There could be a huge list of things that we love about bee active but the main one that has stood out to us is all the staff. They are always welcoming and smiling when we drop off/pick up our daughter, always willing to help when we have any questions and always keep us updated throughout the day. It allows us to go about our day without any worries. I cannot thank everyone enough at bee active.
