We have a great experience with Beehive. Andrea and the other therapists are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My son is happy to come and the staff were able to connect with him straightaway. Staff are respectful of his special interests and happily play along, including little exercises by taking turns in a very natural way. I received a detailed assessment report which is helpful for home schooling and his nursery. He has booked so much progress since starting at Beehive especially in communication and language, play and being able to follow directions, skills he will need in Reception. Also, the session prices are very reasonable, especially compared to other private therapists like OT. I'm excited to see where more ABA will bring us and honestly can't praise the clinic enough!
Read on GoogleWe have been taking our son to Beehive ABA for 7 months since it opened. Our therapist clicked with our son immediately and has been proactive in teaching him a multitude of skills since we started at Beehive ABA. Our son finds the centre and its facilities exciting and engaging and he is able to partake in outdoor or messy play which helps to meet his sensory needs during his therapy sessions. With the skills and expertise that Beehive ABA have, from the BCBA’s to the Supervisors and therapists working with our son, he has already made significant progress with speech, eating difficulties and self care, in just a short time. We feel the staff at Beehive ABA deliver an exceptionally high quality of service and client care and we would not hesitate to recommend this centre to any parent who may be seeking expert help, advice or therapy for their child.
Read on GoogleOur autistic son (age 4-5) was at Beehive for 5 months and in that time we saw a huge improvement in terms of: integration with other children, turn taking, circle time, as well as his writing and language skills. Beehive is a lovely caring environment and Andrea’s team are top notch.
Read on GoogleWe self-funded ABA for a long time before securing local authority-funded ABA provision, so we understand firsthand how rare it is to find truly dedicated and passionate ABA professionals committed to helping children with SEN. Since October 2024, my child has been attending Beehive ABA three days a week, for five hours per day. I am pleased to say that Andrea, along with the ABA Supervisors and Tutors, has consistently gone above and beyond to support us. They have arranged supervisor home visits, ensuring continuity between home and center-based learning. Likewise, Beehive has welcomed our home tutors, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapist, Educational Psychologist, and Social Workers, fostering a well-coordinated multidisciplinary team. Communication is streamlined through a shared online platform, making collaboration highly efficient. We receive professional feedback within hours, and in times of crisis, Andrea and Lily have even responded outside working hours, offering support and reassurance. Consistency across various settings, including Beehive, has been successfully established. Tutors are rotated and encouraged to bring their own creative approaches to implementing targets, allowing the child to generalise skills across different people and environments. Alison has been incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, providing invaluable assistance with reports, tribunal preparation, and navigating the complexities of dealing with local authorities. Her expertise in this area has been outstanding. Providing such exceptional service with a high level of transparency—allowing parents to stay at the Beehive centre to learn and receive training—is truly unparalleled. I wholeheartedly recommend Beehive ABA. As parents of SEN children, patience and persistence are essential in unlocking our child's true potential. Likewise, it is important to recognise and appreciate the dedication, effort, and commitment that go into building and maintaining such an exceptional ABA setting. Andrea, Alison, and their team are truly exceptional—a rare and invaluable find. Thank you, Beehive ABA!
Read on GoogleHi, I wanted to share my experience with Beehive ABA during the half term. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the clinic’s hygiene and staffing. The therapist was out sick, and the supervisor struggled to engage my son. He ended up outside for 30 minutes, and when I asked to bring him back in, he was soaked and cold. Overall, I don’t feel it was worth the money. Just my honest opinion for other parents considering this option.
