Bizzy Bee Family Childcare Centre, established in 2004, is nestled in its own grounds with scenic views of Rother Valley Country Park. This purpose-built nursery offers a secure and stimulating environment, featuring 24-hour CCTV, an intercom system, and a password-based identity check for non-regular collectors.
The nursery has three distinct childcare rooms, each designed to cater to different age groups with stimulating activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Children are encouraged to engage in outdoor play within a spacious and highly secure garden, equipped to support their learning.
Bizzy Bee is dedicated to providing quality childcare, evidenced by their Charter for Quality Award and the Millie's Mark Award for commitment to safeguarding children, meaning all staff are regularly first aid trained. They also hold the Start Well award, promoting a healthy environment through nutritious meals and snacks and good hygiene practices.
The centre values diversity and works in partnership with families and external professionals to ensure every child reaches their full potential, especially those with Special Educational Needs, for whom they offer early identification and support.

Thankyou so much for everything you have done for both boys in your care at Bizzys. They have both flourished and i will be forever greatful of the care and support you have given the boys and us as parents. You have some amazing staff at Bizzys that really are a credit to you. We cannot say enough about Kathy, to say she is not quite qualified yet she is really is perfect for the job and has so much love for the children in her care. Thankyou again for everything xx
Read on GoogleMy boy attended here for only a few months due to rude manager and some rude staff members. Also the car park attached apparently is only for disabled adults not children but as looked further into this it’s for disability’s not just adults! My child has epilepsy and I asked about the car park so he wasn’t walking very far the message back I got was unbelievable saying my child could have a seizure anytime and if I wanted they could phone an ambulance for me absolutely disgusting wished I’d read the reviews before taking my boy here. The management really need to be looked at the attitide they have and how they speak to parents when a child is at nursery is discusting thank goodness I took him out
Read on GoogleMy eldest child attended the nursery from nearly 3 years old to leaving for school and now my youngest has started from the age of 10 months. Both children settled really fast and bonded with the staff straight away. My youngest appears to really enjoy her time in the baby room and all the staff are lovely. They are always clear about the day she has had at pick up times. I've not had any issues booking any extra hours last minute and emails are replied too promptly, as well as been able to speak to staff freely at drop off and pick ups and I know I could ring through the day if I needed too. Highly recommend Bizzy Bees.
Read on GoogleMy daughter has been going to Bizzy Bees since she was 9 months old and she absolutely loves it (and did from day one). The ladies in her room are so caring and kind, as well as being approachable and so knowledgeable. It's made going back to work so much easier for me, knowing that my little one is being well looked after and is happy and content. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bizzy Bees (and have done to a lot of my friends already!)
Read on GoogleOur daughter has attended the Nursery since she was 9 months old. From being small to now as she approaches 3, the Team have always been extremely supportive. They have responded well to her allergy needs and the challenges of the pandemic, ensuring the setting continues to be a very safe place for all. Learning journals are clear for parents and a pleasure to read. Patent voice is always considered when considering the child’s progress and development. Our daughter loves attending here.
