Killamarsh Village Day Nursery & Pre-school, established in 2008 in a purpose-built facility on Sheepcote Road, boasts a rich history stemming from a successful pre-school that operated for over 30 years within Killamarsh Sports Centre. The nursery is committed to providing a warm, caring, and loving environment for children, drawing on years of experience and continuous training to meet national statutory requirements.
Their primary goal is to ensure every family feels welcomed and happy, knowing that their child will be supported in developing to their full potential while being treated as an individual, not merely a statistic. The nursery aims to provide a successful start to each child's learning journey, emphasising a supportive and nurturing approach from the initial consultation.

Inclusion & environment
Parents appreciate the emotional support they receive from the manager and staff, including parents of children with special education needs and/or disabilities (SEND). The special educational needs coordinator spoke to the inspector about how they support children with SEND.
Children thoroughly enjoy outdoor play. Babies develop their core strength as they confidently crawl to explore the play environment, and staff assist them to sit safely on ride on toys and in swings. Toddlers play a game with staff, giggling with delight as they slide down to the bottom.
Both our boys went to this nursery and had an amazing time. Staff are amazing and nursery is very reasonably priced. Sad to say goodbye recently. Highly recommend
