I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Bexley Day Nursery. Recently, after the passing of my father, I needed some extra support for my daughter. Marina, the manager, was incredibly understanding and immediately offered to accommodate us without hesitation. The entire staff, including Sarah and Martha, have shown such consistent kindness. It’s heartwarming to see my daughter so eager to go in the mornings, jumping into their arms. My older daughter, Leio, absolutely thrived thanks to the foundation they provided, and now Raye is loving it too. Knowing they see my daughters as their own gives me such peace of mind.
Read on GoogleMy grandson had been attending the Nursery since he was 1,he is now 2 and a half. I myself have been a Nursery Practitioner and Nanny for many years. What had really impressed me is the way the Nursery meets his invidual needs with care and warmth. The commucation between staff and Parent/Carer is excellent, to me this is so important ,working and moving my grandsons development forward consistently. My grandson is a happy, cheeky and confident boy who surprises me sometimes with what he's learnt and his knowledge. A large part of this is down to the Nursery.
Read on GoogleMy daughter absolutely loves her time here, she runs in every morning with a massive smile on her face and talks about the staff with great fondness. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and very engaged with my daughter’s development. We couldn’t ask for any more.
Read on GoogleThis is a fantastic nursery, my son and daughter both attended here and enjoyed every moment they were there. With different activities to do ie learn, play etc they do so much. Everyone that works there are so caring and kind and great at there job. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone
Read on GoogleA truly awful place (it's a mystery to me how they obtained the Outstanding rating at all!). Very rude and cold staff, with a 'my way or the high way' attitude, with absolutely ZERO flexibility, regardless of the child's needs. The manager (Indian?) was appalling in her behaviour through emails, literally writing to me "how dare you accuse my staff of being incompetent", when I raised my concerns 2 days into my son's sessions in there. It was impossible to speak with her, as she talked over me throughout the entire conversation. I was not able to say 1 sentence uninterrupted. She was certainly not interested in feedback. That was 2 years ago, so maybe sth's changed in the meantime, but I would steer clear from that place, if I were you.
