An excellent nursery and preschool. Our settling in period was brilliant. The staff were so reassuring and friendly towards me and my son. I found it difficult at first to leave my son and they really supported me as well as my son to settle. Daily updates are good and transition to preschool was well managed. Being in education myself, I am pleased to see that they value and promote learning through play (appropriate and invaluable at 3 years of age) as well as focusing on skills from the Early Learning Goals. Also, when we discovered that my son had a food allergy, their care was impeccable. A very safe environment. My son is in the best place! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

My toddler loves going to nursery. They have handled the pandemic very well and I truly appreciate how well they work with parents. My daughter has food allergies and the way they deal with this was one of the deciding factors in our choice. Despite wheat and sesame allergies, she always has good food to eat (sometimes better options than us!) She loves the activities she gets to participate in and we appreciate the inclusion of other cultures and celebrations.

Our Son has been at the nursery since he was 9 months old. The settling in periods before we started we’re well organised and very reassuring. The staff are all so friendly and approachable and are happy to tell you all about the day and what has been happening. The key workers know our son so well and can see him learning something new every time he comes home. The communication is great and the renovation that recently took place means that the facilities the nursery have to offer are first class. The outside garden, toys and educational play is brilliant and stimulating. The home cooked food menu by the in-house chefs sound good so much that our son has two helpings most days. We are so happy with the nursery and can’t thank the staff for helping and looking after our son while we work. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone and the recent outstanding ofsted reflect the nursery perfectly. Thank you Teddies, Bright horizon Bexleyheath.

Not happy with the nursery, my 3 year old does not learn much they don't teach them much just let them play. As a parent I'm very concerned about the level of effort that is made with my child she didn't even make a mother's day card and over the weekend I met few parents and they felt the same that the standards are very poor.
